Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-01. Operated by Teb, an online service operated from Israel by its individual owner; paid purchases are sold and invoiced by Freemius, Inc. as merchant of record.

Token packs

• A token pack is digital content delivered immediately to your account.
• Unused packs: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no token from that pack has been used.
• Partly used packs: no refund, except where consumer law in your country requires one. By completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal for tokens you use.
• Defects: if the Service fails to deliver a paid feature and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the affected purchase.

How to request

Email support@tebhq.com from your account email with the purchase date. Refunds are processed by Freemius, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Effect of a refund or chargeback

When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the tokens from that purchase are removed and Handoffs saved with those tokens revert to free-plan retention (deleted 30 days after the reversal).

Account deletion

Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund of unused tokens; request one first if eligible.
